2. Get matched
Our matching engine filters for eligibility, ranks by relevance, and spreads exposure so qualified newcomers are seen. Every suggestion comes with reasons.
3. Agree on a contract
Contracts define milestones, amounts and an explicit contract currency. The freelancer accepts before anything is charged.
4. Fund milestones
The client funds a milestone through Stripe Checkout. A milestone counts as funded only once Stripe confirms the payment.
5. Deliver, approve, get paid
The freelancer submits work. The client approves or asks for a revision. Approval releases the milestone to the freelancer's Scoutr balance, from which they can request a payout.
